Our company’s mission is to build your dream’s timber house. We can build a beautiful, comfortable and ecological wooden house, based on the client’s plans. The houses we build will serve as vacation or dwelling-houses. According to your client’s request we use two types of structural form, which can be finalized in different implementations.

This type of building gives you a resistant, easy structured, heat proof and low-priced wooden house. These houses are built with Canadian technology. We comply with the standards, our carpenter teams make accurate counting for the accurate and suitable material use, so the client will receive a safe and comfortable house. The inner and exterior cover of these buildings can be made in two variants: with round wood imitating inner exterior paneling or roughcast house imitating, expanded polystyrene foam insulation covered with noble plaster. This type of building is an easy construction due to the max. 15 cm width skeleton. Due to the special addings, the structure of the house become flexible and this doesn’t allow the beams getting away into the waist. To obtain the suitable heat insulation we fill the gaps of the construction with 10 cm URSA mineral wool. The exterior walls of the house are covered with panels or with the Dryvit system that can be plastered. It’s a rustic building, which radiates the fragrance of the wood for long time, due to the big amount of wood, used in the construction. Melding our ancestors’ experiences in the timber house building with our modern instruments we can build a long-lived, beautiful and safe log house. Unlike the stump houses, we can build a cheaper, a more unpretentious and more useful beam house to our clients. The main character of this construction is the double tongue-and-groove joint, max.10 cm exterior beam walls. This gives the stiffness of the house, its thermo and phonic insulation, its beauty and authority. Between the 5 cm width blasters, on the inner walls we put the mineral wool insulation, vapour preventive foil, then the timber partition or the plaster cardboard. We use the 10 cm sandwich construction for the inner division walls, giving a minimal elasticity to the house, bracing the beam walls and doing the price more available. Structural description…
