AGM Emil Company was founded in 1994 and its main activity is producing and mounting wooden flats and timber vacation houses. The seat and facilities of the company lie in the centre of the Harghita Mountains, in Ciumani. We obtain the high quality wooden raw material from the forests of our region, which we process in our factory shelter from the lumber to the finite products, like the timber houses and timber partitions, thermo pane doors and windows. Our houses are original and unique, because we build them according to the client’s plans, preferences and request. Because the houses are unique, our prices are only approximate. When we make o price offer, we pay attention to the complications of the house, the client’s conditions and terms, and the quality and quantity of the materials used in the building process. |

We can produce all wooden made elements necessary for a modern, familiar and ecological timber house with our modern machines and installations and professional processing of the timber. These machines work the lumber out to 15% humidity sawn timber. This way we can guarantee an accessible priced, easy structured, modern and long-lived timber house. |

Our professional carpenter and joiner teams rig your ordered house up accurately and quickly at the place you choose. Allowing for the multiple execution variants and the numerous orders we have, our company specialized the workers for a “red” delivery. This means a quick assemblage time, which cannot exceed 21 days. This is very preferential for the client, because the mounting team’s accommodation and catering are the client’s obligation. The cleaning, painting and electricity-, water- and heating gears can be made by local workers, in this case the client doesn’t have to pay an accommodation price, and may be they work cheaper than our workers.
